The scramble down the cliff is a little treacherous, but the view from the bottom is worth it. There's one cliff towards the beginning you have to climb/jump down which is the one tough spot. My 6'6 boyfriend could handle it fine but I took the simpler path to the right which goes through a small water spring and avoids the cliff. After you get past that spot it's a pretty easy climb to the bottom then a couple minute walk through the forest. About 1-2hrs roundtrip depending how long you hang at the bottom.
