Come and find my on the trail.

Completed this hike and it was a beautiful pay off at the top. We could see the summit from out B&B and it was begging to be bagged.

It was not a difficult hike but if you are planning to go, go early. Great views and very friendly hikers in the trail. On our way down the trail was rather crowded people all wanted to take pictures on the bridge so I am glad I left before it got backed up.

Easy access, beautiful falls, activities and clean campsites! What more can you ask for? I've been going here since I was a child and now take my daughters at least once a year. We've been in all seasons but prefer the warmer months as they love to get wet.

I did the easier side of the mountain and started at 6am. By the time we made to summit it was already 97 degrees. There are sections of rope climb and a few bottlenecks that may slow you down but you do not need any technical experience to make it to the top. This is just a hop from the city and well worth the effort.

I always enjoy kayaking. There were a ton of people on the water but all were polite. Great fun for all.

I travel for business and this was the perfect workout to blow off some steam and get out into nature. Be sure to hydrate and start early if you can. I start as the sun was coming up and I shared the trail with a few couples who invited me to run with them. It was amazing.

Finally completed this bucket list item. Even as a in shape adventurer I struggled breathing while making my way to the top. The altitude did impact my pace and I'd caution all who are visiting from lower altitude states to be aware of how your body is feeling. Others then that it was amazing! Worth every breathe.

I visited at the end of Winter and the falls and trials still had a bit of ice on them. It was still very beautiful. I returned in the Spring and it was sort of crowded on the trail but it did not take away from the parks allure. It's a great trail for a family or small children no matter where you are in the park to start your trek to the falls.

Make sure you bring hydration. This is a great workout and I bring my team with me every time we are there for business. We pair this with a paved trail behind the convention center to add some variety. Enjoy and prepare to sweet.

I don't think I've ever seen a sunset I didn't enjoy. The setting was nice though not as private as I thought it would be. If you aren't staying on the island there is a ferry that takes you back and forth that leaves from the convention center. There is also some wonderful food options to partake in before you make your way to the beach for the sunset.

A beautiful view after a long day. Great friends, in a great city and the perfect weather. It's very easy to locate and worth the travel.

I didn't even know this trail existed but gave it a try since we had done others by our house so many times. We seen a ton of birds including a very curious turkey who I think was flirting. The trail was well maintained and a joy for my family even after a week of rain.

A great experience for the whole family. The tour was engaging and the guide was hilarious. Keep in mind, if you have smaller children, who may not be able to keep up, the cavern gets pretty tight. Our Kelty carrier barely made it through some sections.
