Can't afford to ski in Whistler? Well you can still get to the top of the mountain and enjoy the incredible views via the Peak to Peak Gondola Ride.

From Whistler Village, purchase your Peak to Peak ticket at the main ticket booth (where you can also purchase ski passes and such).  This ticket is good for one ride up the mountain, but then you can stay up there as long as you'd like.

Once you have your ticket, head over to the Whistler Gondola and be prepared to wait in line.  The Whistler Gondola is about a 20 minute ride to the top.  Once at the top, take photos with the Olympic rings, watch skiers/ snowboarders head down the mountain, and then wander over the the Peak to Peak Gondola.  I highly suggest getting in line for the Glass Bottom Gondola even though it may be a longer wait, it's well worth it!

This gondola will take you from Whistler over to Blackcomb where you can get off and once again wander around a bit.  After you've taken in all you can on this side of the Mountain, just get back on the Peak to Peak Gondola and ride on over to Whistler again.

Feel free to ride the Peak to Peak as many times as your heart desires, and once you're ready to head back down to the Village just get back on the Whistler Gondola.

Ride the Peak to Peak Gondola Reviews

Easy way to get great views. Don't miss it if you are looking for an easy adventure

It's fun to take the Gondola to the top of the mountain. It's very scenic, and if you go in the summer time you can also hike around the area.

Very nice and good option to spend one day in higher parts of Rocky Mountains. A little bit pricy but worth it for the great experience. You can take the gondola from two locations and do some hikes in the meantime. If you want to do some longer hikes, you should take the Gondola early in the morning. Don’t miss the suspension bridge!!

Riding the Peak to Peak Gondola is a great midday break from skiing. You get an amazing views and an exhilarating ride while you change mountains. Have the camera ready.
