Hike to Cascade Falls near Mission BC to stand on the suspension bridge while watching the waterfall descend almost 100 feet to the pool below.

When you get to the parking lot go past the access gate and follow the very well maintained trail. The hike to the viewing platform is all uphill, but short. After a couple minutes you will reach wooden stairs that take you to a viewing platform as well as to the suspension bridge where you can cross it to a secondary viewing platform.

There are some very steep cliffs around the falls so be very careful while hiking around the area.

Directions: To get to Cascade Falls follow Lougheed Hwy east out of Mission. Pass Hatzic lake on north side of road, turn north on Sylvester Rd. Head north and follow the signs. There is lots of parking.

Hike to Cascade Falls, British Columbia Reviews

By far the best hike I've ever done. We actually took an off trail route along the ridge and rock hopped upstream for about 2km and came across another hidden water fall with a natural rock waterslide. You can sunbath on a big flat rock and water slide off the falls into a swimming hole. Water is Icy cold but totally worth the journey. Was a 5km round trip which took a couple hours. I'll be back again!

The little adventure hike if you are heading down to the bottom of the falls

I'm from the area and although cascade falls is beautiful, it's definitely not hard to get to and the constant flow of people is sometimes annoying. it's nice for one time.

Short but steep hike and worth it 100%
