Parking lot was still closed due to ice and snow on the road. It’s about a 2.5 mile drive to the parking lot of the falls. And then another 1 mile to get up to the view point of the falls. Since the road was closed everyone parked at the gate and walked up. Not an awful walk in. If you want to get to the waterfall itself, instead of the viewpoint, you’ll need to hike up near the creek, the viewpoint only goes up to the top of the fall and past.

Trail was paved, which was nice for a little stroll. Lots of friendly dogs, more of a busier place. Seems like it’s a local favorite. Definitely an easy trail.
