Audubon Park is beautiful. Great for a nice evening run!!

Checked this out last summer while exploring where my mom used to live. BEAUTIFUL southern charm of an area

Camping fee isn’t too bad, but it is kind of worth it because of the beautiful nature in the forest.

Beautiful to SUP board on when it isn’t too snowy. Unfortunately the snow can be unpredictable during sometimes of the year.

The water is pretty and clear and NO FEES. Shaver Lake is the best place to go on a budget if you want to avoid fees and just CAMP.

My brother and I did about half of this hike while camping by Shaver Lake. So so beautiful, I hope to go back here one day to backpack

My family would stop in here for a night or two especially since it was free. It was beautiful every time and we would enjoy deploying our kayaks on this side of the lake.

Great to kayak around with my family especially when the weather is nice. Highly recommend!!

Fun family friendly hike, not bad.

My family and I have gone here for a couple summers and have LOVED it

Nothing crazy, not my favorite. I’m worried I didn’t exactly get to the viewpoint I think the trail confused me a tad but it was a good hike!

Nice hike, nothing crazy but easy and a good view of the Gorge.

kills the calves but god is it amazing

On a clear day this place is absolutely beautiful. You can see everything full 360 for MILES. It’s hard but it is SO worth it!! Make sure you have a car that can take the hard roads.

Cool views! I had a great time, even though the lighthouse was closed it was still cool to take pictures of.

Not a very exciting hike on the way there, but the hot springs is a blast. It’s a nice area to sit in the warm tubs but unfortunately it has been plagued with some trash (assorted beer cans, etc.) likely due to the COVID-19 closure though.

We brought my friend’s dog along and it was the perfect trail for that because she got a little swim in down at the lake and you can sit and chill out and explore the area around the lake.

Challenging but awesome on a clear day. Some of the trail goes through what is now private property but we tested our luck and went through anyway. Fun! Steep at times on the way down but nothing too bad.

This one runs your calves thin on the way up and kills your knees on the way down but it is so worth it on a clear day. It is arguably the most beautiful view in the Olympic Peninsula.

Make sure you have spikes for your shoes and poles and even an ice pick would help. I only had poles and my normal hiking boots and this kicked my butt!! That view is amazing. Super fun sunrise hike but takes the life out of you. In the best way :)
