Three Sisters is a quick 1.2-mile hike that offers amazing panoramic views and unique rock formations. The trailhead parking lot is only 45 minutes from Denver making it the perfect day hike destination.
The short 1.2 mile long trail, is a family-friendly, dog-friendly trail near Evergreen. The parking lot is incredibly easy to find and there is great signage to make sure you're going the right way. From the parking lot you can follow the Three Sisters trail signs until you reach the beginning of the incline. The elevation gain goes for a little over a quarter of a mile until it levels off and you can find the three rock outcroppings. Once you reach the three sisters you are able to climb on the rocks all the way to the top if you wish, or find a flat spot to take in the views. The top of the rock formations can be incredibly windy so be prepared to have a strong footing. If you wish to extend the hike, you can continue along the Three Sisters trail since it's a loop. Otherwise you can just head back the way you came and make it a short, fun, exploratory trip to the rocks.

Three Sisters Reviews
Great hike for family and furry friends but go on a weekday or early on the weekend. Parking can be a pain if you arrive too late in the day. Kids loved climbing on the rocks.
