A Frightening Moment

Shenandoah National Park, Virginia

By: Demetrios Varoumas + Save to a List

Hi y'all! In this photograph that I shot a few months ago in @shenandoahnps during the sunset, the rain came in while the clouds blanketed while the light shining through the clouds with a mist over the town below. Like God was showing us where to look with those beams of light in the background. Such a serene moment... until a turkey vulture started to flap its wings and sounds like a hurricane coming at me. Terrified for a moment, it was crazy, and how huge these birds are, and the amount of sound they can generate!
Have a great weekend and a Happy New Year everyone! ☺️❤️☺️
