About this place

Added by Kandis Owens

The Chamblee Rail Trail is a scenic, fully paved multi-use path that stretches for just under 2 miles between Keswick Park and Peachtree Road in Chamblee, Georgia. Designed with both recreation and community in mind, this hidden gem offers a relaxing green space for walkers, runners, and cyclists just outside of Atlanta.

Along the trail, visitors will enjoy colorful murals, native plants, and a unique interactive park area about a quarter-mile in—located beneath the rail line—featuring a community piano, ping pong tables, and other fun public features. It’s a great spot to pause, play, or meet up with friends.

The trail’s convenient location near downtown Chamblee makes it perfect for pairing with a visit to local breweries, restaurants, and shops. While there are no restrooms at the trailhead, plenty of nearby businesses offer facilities, and the trail is easily accessible for a quick outdoor escape during the day.
