Amicalola Falls
Dawsonville, Georgia
Description
Added by Mark Dale
Two ways to see the falls.
First you can park at the lower level and it has 175 steps up on the trail on the walkway. Not a bad hike.
Second way is to drive to the top and walk to the bottom. Warning, it is 425 steps back UP the walkway to the top. There are benches to rest every few levels. Still not a huge hike. We took our time.
These are the largest falls in Georgia and well worth the trip.
