Explore the beautiful Hell's Gate National Park by bike! Options to stop for a quick rock climb adventure and photograph the wildlife.

If you're visiting Kenya a trip to Hell's Gate National Park is a must. It's about a 2-3 hour drive from Nairobi depending on traffic, but definitely worth the trip! If you don't want to rent a car I suggest going through this company that will pick you up in Nairobi and take care of everything for you.

If you decide to travel to the park on your own, or through a driver, you can stop at the junction from the main road to Hell's Gate and rent your bike there. You can haggle the price usually to about 500 to 800 Kenyan Shillings ($5 - $8), or you can rent them at the National Park entrance for 1,200 Kenyan Shillings. There is an entrance fee to the park for around $25 but definitely worth supporting the preservation of such an amazing area. Once inside the gate there are stunning cliffs, varied wildlife that are very close to the road, rock climbing, and hiking!
