Camping amongst the ponderosa pines just minutes from Lake Tahoe and Zephyr Cove.

Zephyr Cove on the eastern shore of Lake Tahoe is a fantastic starting point for a host of water sports and outdoor activities, from wake surfing to backpacking to trail running on the Tahoe Rim Trail.

The Zephyr Cove Resort campground has 47 walk-in campsites and 10 drive-in campsites in addition to full RV sites, and are just a few minutes walk to the lakefront.

To get to Zephyr Cove take Highway 50 north for 7 miles out of South Lake Tahoe and turn left into the Zephyr Cove Resort. As an alternative you can take Highway 28 till it turns into Highway 50 from Incline Village for 20 miles.

At the back of the campground are several trails that lead up into the mountains with fantastic views over Zephyr Cove and are well worth the effort.
