I love Eldorado Canyon! Not only is the hiking awesome, but going to sit and watch the climbers is fun and they have great picnic tables for a nice lunch along the South Boulder Creek.

I have hiked South Table Mountain for 23 years. It is an easy hike, great for beginners. Be careful in the summer time hiking this trail. There are rattlesnakes (in fact, my dog was bit by one on this trail). South Table Mountain provides a whole lot of gratification for such a short hike. The views are amazing of Golden and the valley between Golden and Boulder. Enjoy one of my favorites.

This hike is definitely advanced! But, if you are up for a little work out, you will get some amazing views of Boulder and the front range.

This hike is magnificent!!! So beautiful and peaceful! However, it may be a little difficult for a first time hiker. The trails are narrow with lots of tree roots and rocks. It's not that a beginner can't do it, just be aware! The waterfalls are beautiful and the trail is well kept. There was a brown park sign at the waterfalls that pointed back up to the Massie Gap parking lot and then pointed up the hill to "overlook". My group could not find the overlook nor a trail that lead to the overlook. Maybe someone else figured that out? Overall, GREAT HIKE!!
