Come enjoy the ultimate camping experience in the Piney Woods of East Texas! This KOA is located between the Angelina and Sabine national forests along the bank of historic Mill Creek. Outdoor enthusiasts love the campground's 300 acres near the shores of Sam Rayburn Lake. Enjoy swimming year-round, hiking/walking and ATV trails as well as fishing in the campground's stocked ponds. Go canoeing, kayaking or paddleboating down Mill Creek to the lake. KOA welcomes your pets - check out the wonderful horseback-riding trails and barn for boarding your horses on-site. This location is rich in history: Points of interest include museums and historic court-houses/homes. Take a drive through the national forests by car or motorcycle.
