North Rim and Gorge Loop

Head 12 miles south on Route 41A along Skaneateles Lake from Skaneateles NY. Make a left onto Appletree Point Road  and go a little more than a half mile to where the intersection of Carver Road is. The Ithaca area is known for waterfalls, this waterfall is maybe lesser known but still a great place to visit and photograph and is easy to reach. Ludlowville Falls is located in a small park called Ludlowville Park.  It is a beautiful and unique waterfall.  

Park at the dead end designated DEC "Fishing Salmon Creek" lot. There are two main sets of trails available for walking/running on. The trails connect across a small road and can be made into about a 4 mile loop if you run some of the interior loops as well.
