The perfect way to cool off and enjoy the water when you're in Bend.

Looking for something fun to do in Bend when the weather gets warm? Look no further. The easiest way to make this happen is to take your crew down to Riverbend Park. There's ample parking, on-site rentals of all kinds, and a beach for launching. The park also features a lot of nice grass areas for picnics and relaxing. If you're planning on floating the river, there is a shuttle service that will pick you up and bring you back to the park.

As the Deschutes River runs right through the heart of Bend, this is a very popular activity. Plan ahead, try and get there early, and have fun!

Float or Paddle The Deschutes River Reviews

Did this many times during the summer. Paddling in the river is pretty fun with friends.

Floating the river in Oregon is a must during the summer! So, why not do it one of the coolest towns in Oregon. You can also surf here which is pretty cool!

This is nice because it’s an adventure I’ve been able to do with my friends who aren’t fond of hikes. Rent a kayak and have a nice afternoon out.
