Great views at the start and a cool little walk through the forest and canyon to get to a beautiful falls.

To start with, there are quite a few stairs at the beginning going down, and then right at the end as you climb back up to the parking lot. Other than that, nothing to be concerned about in terms of difficulty.

This is a cool spot because you get a bit of variety. At the parking lot there is epic views over the jungle and out over the water. As you descend down to the river level you get to cross a massive bamboo bridge, can be a little unsettling if you don't like heights, but nothing to worry about. After the bridge you are walking through water and along the edge. As you can see in one of the photos there are a couple sections that have stairs cut out into the side of the canyon, they are wet and could be slippery. No handrails or anything, but we traversed alright. This is the only reason I gave it a beginner/intermediate rating. As you go through the canyon there will be parts that will get you wet up to your waist, so make sure you wear something that is acceptable to get wet. Beautiful scenery as you work your way to the falls, along the waters edge, and then you climb a bit above the water and a get a stunning view of the three levels of the waterfall. Once you get up to the waterfall you can swim in the base of it, again, highly recommended.

This spot is governed by one of the groups of the Philippines, and so you need a guide to gain access. 100 pesos per person, or about $2 (USD), this includes the entry fee, your parking fee, and the environmental fee.

After the tour we went to tip our guide and he claimed there is a 200 peso fee per person, not sure if we just looked like ignorant travelers, but we paid. So just be aware.
