I got to experience a beautiful sunrise on top of Bearfence Mountain in Shenandoah National Park. Skyline Drive was finally opened after a week be being closed due to a blizzard dumping snow and ice on the road. I wanted to capture the first sunrise after the parked reopened and it was breathtaking. The hike through shin deep snow was worth all of the extra effort to suck an amazing sunrise.
