One of our favorite campgrounds, but it's hard to get a spot. Try to reserve ahead of time. It's worth it. There are great hiking and mountain biking trails. The kids loved the playground and the lake. Free showers and some sites have electricity. You can also ride your bike to the town of Squamish from here.

This hike is gorgeous and easy enough with kids. Stop and get food in the cute town on the way up. Camping was cheap ($8euros) and easy here. Hike right from the camping area.

The approach is very easy, which was nice with our small kids. Being so close to town made it a fun outdoor activity to do for a few hours.
