This was the perfect "base camp" for mountain biking the Moab area, and it had great access to both Canyonlands NP and Dead Horse SP. Amazing images, Adam!

For some great snow camping spots or just some solitude on your day trip, travel just Southeast of Huntoon Point for some open areas with great views of both Shuksan and Mount Baker.

This hike offers amazing views and scenery, and with its accessibility, it's a popular spot. If you want to enjoy any solitude at Lake Serene, I'd highly recommend an early start!

This adventure offers some of the best views in the North Cascades! If you stay in the lookout, be sure to leave it as you found it (or, even better, improve it if you can)!

Beautiful fall colors along this hike!

Alta is also a great spot for fall colors! While most others are chasing golden larches elsewhere, you can find a beautiful array of oranges, reds, and yellows coloring the landscapes surrounding Alta in the fall season. Check it out now before those beautiful colors fade away!

The forest road to the Twin Lakes trailhead is one of the roughest forest roads I've experienced in Washington State. But a vehicle with all-wheel drive and decent clearance can make it without much trouble if a slow pace and care is taken. The approximate two-mile hike from the trailhead up to Winchester lookout results in a huge reward, sweeping views of countless North Cascades peaks, most notably Mt. Larrabee, Mt. Shuksan, and Mt. Baker. This relatively short hike might have the biggest payoff in the whole of the North Cascades. Outdoor privy at the lookout is no longer in order.
