Born and raised in Central Pennsylvania exploring the beautiful outdoors by foot and kayak and spending the nights under the stars. I'm typically planning my next adventure before the current one ends and of course enjoy a good beer in the process.

This is a great spot, easy to get to, but yet feels isolated. The hike is a hill, but it's not that bad since it is so short. I have been there with a 5 & 7 year old who did the walk without issue and had fun playing in the sand around the top of the falls.

I just solo hiked this starting at Krimm Road and hiking CCW. The morning I started was after a surprise April snowfall. There are some beautiful sights along the way and also two shelters.

This was a easy hike with some nice views and the water at First Lake was unbelievable, I'm not sure photos do it justice. It looked like I was in the Caribbean with snowcapped mountains for a backdrop!

This is a rather simple hike and it offers great views. I backpacked and spent the night. There is a great primitive site. I went out star gazing once it got dark. Amazing views at night.

I arrived and set up camp on a Friday evening. Great spots & options at the start of Tibbet Knob Trail if the 9 Camping spots are full. Next day I backpacked and camped at Big Schloss and then the following night to Tibbet Knob! A place I would return to!

The trail is a short hike on a boardwalk, great for all to check out this waterfall. It's a worthwhile stop!

Impressive waterfall with easy access. If you are in the area, it can be a quick stop to experience this waterfall. However, disappointed that the area prohibits dogs.

Bushkill has some beautiful waterfalls & very well maintained trails & walkways. Although it's a beautiful outdoor location, it is also a tourist location and is very crowded. That & the fee is why it is 4 stars

I have visited many lighthouses, this is easily my favorite, great location that provides opportunity for a variety of photo compositions. If you are traveling through the Outer Banks, this is a must stop!

Beautiful large waterfall, but be sure to hike the trail to enjoy more great waterfalls. Beautiful location and well worth the visit.

I hit Dee Wright up for sunrise, I had the area all to myself. Awesome 360 views. Definitely worth the trip and early rise to check it out!

Sparks Lake is stunning and offers several great camp spots to boat to. The place is incredibly photogenic and is a must do if in Central Oregon. I am looking forward to traveling from Pennsylvania to Oregon again just to camp at Sparks!

The red rock makes more some of the most amazing light and landscapes. If in central Oregon, you must catch this place at the golden hours!

When I arrived in Bend from Pennsylvania, I went to Pilot Butte the first evening for sunset. Great first spot to check out, great panoramic view of the town and the mountains in the distance. It get's you pumped for exploring the surrounding areas!

This hike is vibrant with color. This hike is absolutely scenic. The loop takes you past two major falls, but several smaller cascades and the pools are a beautiful blue color. The area was quite crowded, but it is a place worth visiting.

A rather easy hike to a breathtaking waterfall, don't stop at the view point, it is a must to get to the bottom and look up. It is like something out of a fairy tale!

This is a simple easy to get to and has a great view. I have also hiked to this in the winter when the road was iced over. Fall is probably the best time to visit!

Rock Run is definitely a great spot to explore, there are several small tributaries to Rock Run that are interesting to hike. If you are in the area, it is a worth while spot to check out.

This is a beautiful gorge and absolutely stunning in the Autumn. Great hike with several waterfalls and cascades. Very photogenic!

Excellent little hike, nice waterfalls, especially after a rain. The trail takes you all the way down to Pine Creek which you just looked at from above at the overlooks.

Great location to get some impressive views of the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. Great for all ages!

This is definitely a great place to get away from the crowds, Lick Brook Falls is stunning after a good rainfall! Don't overlook this gem when visiting Ithaca!

Stunning park, it is a simple beautiful hike through a gorge with several impressive and unique waterfalls. As a photographer, get there early to avoid crowds and get unobstructed photos.

Completed this hike while paddling section 2 of the NFCT. We camped on Middle Saranac Lake taking a day off of paddling to get an elevated view of our paddling trail. The panoramic views were incredible. From the summit you can see in every direction and for us paddling the NFCT, we would see our start and end points and our path we would continue the next day.
