Like few mentioned here before, I don’t think the trail that was first mentioned is here anymore or labeled differently. I did try the trails that were available and it felt more like a nice small walk that lasted maybe 10-20 minutes. However, being that it’s at a resort location, the views were nice and clean. However, if you’re making a long drive out here to expect a good hike, I’d suggest somewhere else. Great views though!

After seeing this post we decided to check out this hike. It’s fairly an easy hike since you just follow a big trail up. You also get some exercise in due to few areas of incline that will get your legs some love. This hike is also dog friendly ashike indicated by signs but it asks you leash your dog. I did see few people walking their dogs without a leash so it doesn’t seem like this rule is heavily enforced. You can find free parking on the side of the road on the way here but you’d have to walk a bit to get to the main area of the hike. If you do decide to park in the main area, bring 5 dollars in cash to put into the provided envelope at the entrance. Not sure how often the rangers check, but noticed that not all cars paid (you take half of the envelope and put it on your dashboard of the car). Other than that, this was a fun hike especially seeing big rocks, small little caves in the beginning.
