5 Awesome Mountain Bike Rides in Idaho

Ride through wildflowers, along rivers, and into the backcountry.

Mountain biking is one of the best ways to explore Idaho. You can ride deep into the wilderness on a long, challenging adventure or take it easy in the state parks and bring the whole family along for the ride. If you lean towards the need-for-speed rather than the earn-your-turns mentality, you can even ride some ski resorts' lifts and skip the uphill battle (try Sliver Mountain and ride North America's longest Gondola ride!). Whatever two-wheeled adventure you're craving, Idaho's amazing mountain biking options will satisfy your needs.
