1. Patricia Lake

Jasper is famous for it’s amazing dark night skies and Patricia Lake is a great spot to work on your night photography, espcially if the northern lights have come out to show off. Learn more.

2. Pyramid Lake

If you’re visiting in the summer, Horseshoe Lake should be number one on your must-do list. With hiking trails, scenic viewpoints, and plenty of options for cliff jumping, you could easily spend the entire day here and be totally satisfied. Learn more.

The epic Edith Cavell Mountain, Alberta’s tallest mountain at 11,033 ft., serves as the backdrop for Cavell Lake. It’s easy to get to and makes for a worthwhile pit stop on your day of cruising the Icefields Parkway. Learn more.
