Mother Nature is calling. You can't ignore the call...

Does skiing get any better than Little Cottonwood? Love. love. love.

It's hard to find a better waterfall in the area. And during spring runoff, it's thundering! Great challenging family hike.

When most of the Wasatch Front is covered in snow, Frary Peak is one of the first places to clear. In early spring, the grass is emerald green making you wonder if you're hiking the highlands of Scotland.

After a short march through incredible wildflower filled meadows, you are rewarded with a high-alpine lake and possibly a moose. If you are in Salt Lake vicinity in July you must make a wildflower pilgrimage to Albion Basin!

This is one of the best spots to catch the fall leaves in all their glory. Time it so that the aspens are in full swing and you won't be able to take pictures fast enough. Gorgeous!

If you have kids, you must take them here! I grew up hiking these trails and it's fun to pass on the legacy to my kids. Lake Mary is the perfect spot to relax, eat goldfish crackers and look for bugs.

My favorite ride in all of Northern Utah. Lot's of ways to get on and off the trail, but my favorite is to ride from puke hill all the way to Big Water Trailhead in Millcreek. You can even hit the pipeline on your way down Millcreek. That's a lot of single-track!

This is a fantastic spot for top-roping with beginners and kids. Nice place for families to hang out.

This is a great spot to snorkel or scuba. I watched a bat ray and a small leopard shark swim around people's legs.
