Pleasant Grove Park: Heritage Trail and Beach Grove Loop

Pleasant Grove Park has miles and miles of trails and you could easily hike a ten-mile loop if you linked everything together. This particular trail, Heritage Trail and Beach Grove Loop, is a 4.6 mile loop in the southern part of Pleasant Grove, which takes a little under two hours to complete depending on how quickly you're moving. 

The majority of the trails are wooded with varied terrain, but there is also a very nice area of river access for swimming. This park is also very dog friendly with most trails allowing dogs to be off-leash as well as a fenced in dog park with multiple sections.
