Easy hike to the Ridge only 2.5 miles. Elevation gain 1800'Great spot for night photos. Views of the Enchantments and Leavenworth.

It's an easy day hike to the Ridge of only 2.5 miles. On the ridge you can relax and enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains and a view of Leavenworth. I went into the Rangers office to ask for a good spot to take night time photos and this is one of the areas they suggested. Make sure you get approval for over night camping at this trail beforehand. It's best to check at the Ranger's office as there are signs all over the trailhead stating "Over Night Camping Not Allowed."

Driving Directions

From Highway 2, head east over Stevens Pass. Just past milepost 99 and before you enter Leavenworth, go right on Icicle Road. Continue 1.4 miles to the Icicle Ridge trailhead sign. Turn right and then make a quick left. The trailhead parking lot is ahead (47.5830, -120.6834).
