Didn't think there's foliage in California? You're in for a treat! June Lake Loop is a spectacular place to catch the fall foliage! You can spend a weekend here, or just a day trip to explore the loop!

Things to do around June Lake:* Kayaking (Silver Lake is pictured and less crowded)* Fishing (Great trout fishing in June Lake)* Camping (there are a couple of reserved and first-come first-served campsites that are beautiful around the lake)! My favorite is June Lake Campground* Hiking

Parking: feel free to park alongside the loop to explore anywhere that looks beautiful. Fall foliage is abundant by Silver Lake where there's a designated parking area.
Food: Looking for something delicious after a long day? Support the local restaurant - Silver Lake Cafe is the place to go! I would suggest the Chicken Fried Steak and Mexican Jack Sandwich!
