Easily accessible area with a boardwalk. Can see lots of geological features and it’s so cool to see it covered in snow.

A quicker 4 mile hike. You can easily do it for a great sunset view. Have some layers as it can get windy on the top.

One of the first hikes I did in Yellowstone and it was a fun one! When I went there was still some snow and ice on the ground but overall very pleasant day.

Challenging because of the 2100 elevation gain. There are slippery parts. Make sure to carry rain gear as the weather can be unpredictable.

Personally my favorite hike to see the Grand Prismatic Springs! It gets crowded at the top so be patient to get your photos. Pretty easy hike from the parking lot, just a bit of an uphill to the overlook of the GPS.

Enjoyed this trail! It’s a climb up but not overly strenuous. The views from the top are pretty. I came early on in the season so make sure you are bear aware and keep a look out since there is a lot of vegetation that they could surprise you out of.

Great moderate hike and wonderful views at the end! Beware of mosquitoes! Parking is limited in the area so make sure to get there early (by 8am)

If you go into Glacier during the off season (May/June) the going to the sun road is closed as they are still plowing it for summer use. The road (up until a certain point) is open to pedestrians and bikers! It’s soooooo nice to be able to use the road car free! Be BEAR AWARE and have bear spray. We encountered a black bear on the way down but had heard of numerous close encounters where we were minutes away from a bear sighting. I suggest renting or bringing an e-bike, it makes the uphill a lot easier :)

I took the Grand Canyon shuttle bus here and it was a lovely afternoon! Lots of trails, scenery and the watchtower itself of course. Worth a stop if you are in the area or leaving from this side of the park.

The hike down the Bright Angel trail is relatively easy because it it’s downhill! But beware it takes about 2-3x longer to get back up! The Rest stop is a reprieve from the hot and unforgiving conditions. Last place or first place to fill up water. Make sure to have electrolytes!

Wow, what can I say about Zebra? It’s an amazing slot canyon in the middle of nowhere! First, made sure you go to the visitors center to get the water levels! It was about waist deep when I visited in September. Be prepared for it to be very narrow! But it is so picturesque- one of my very favorite hikes in UT!

Loved the hike to the waterfall. It was soooo beautiful and refreshing on a hot summer day. Make sure to bring enough water with you, a lot of the trail is exposed!

So fun! It reminded me of The Narrows but not crowded at all. Climbed up the sketchy ladder and nearly had a panic attack. There are some loose bits! Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area!

Really cool experience as it was my first time beach camping. You will need a 4x4 car to get to the shoreline. There are a lot of cars but it wasn’t bad in terms of noise. The sunrise is the best part of coming out here!

Very touristy, you get only a couple seconds to get your photos as you are corralled quickly through the canyons. It was nice but too crowded.

Really nice paddle but coming back was tough because of the wind. My arms were sooo tired after! We did about 2.5 miles.

Get your iconic pic at Horseshoe Bend! I think parking is $10 now which is a bummer as it’s not free anymore.

Unfortunately we didn’t get to the top of Cathedral Rock as it was raining/hailing and was slippery. You do have to be comfortable with scrambling up sometimes loose and steep rock. Definitely will need to come back and see views from the very top!

Off of this trail (about 2 miles in is the trail junction) is the spectacular Subway Cave! You get stunning views and it’s just such a great end point as opposed to the end of the Boynton Canyon Trail.

During peak times (spring, summer, fall) be prepared to wait over 1 hour to get your photos on the iconic Devils Bridge! I got to the parking lot around 8am and got the last spot. It fills up fast! You can also make your hike shorter by taking the 4x4 road to the TH. Overall, it’s a stunning rock formation and one to not be missed during a visit to Sedona!

Really enjoyed hiking the Airport Loop! 3 mile trail. It’s great during dusk/sunset and can get a Birds Eye view of the town below. Straight forward loop, pretty flat. Hiked this trail during the winter and on the back half it was extremely muddy and slippery.
