The trail offers views of the surrounding landscape, including the Pacific Ocean and the city of San Francisco. Cypress Trail and Dipsea Stairs Loop Reviews

First you go up the 3 Dipsea stairs from Old Mill Park. After a brief walk on Edgewood and Cypress Sts you get to the actual trail head. Then you are in the redwoods! You keep going downhill until you get to Cascade Ave, walk back to Old Mill Park. Very easy and anyone can do it, although it is not accessible. Very beautiful, can be your first introduction to this California unique landscape. Bonus: you will be passing Cascade Falls on your left, take the extra few steps to enjoy!
