Always a wonderful place to soak your weary bones. We always cool off here after hiking this section of the PCT. PCT Through hikers: if you are not aware of this place, check it out! It is not too far off trail for a cool off stop and camping. Use the Tamarack Connection Trail to connect with the Sardine Lake Campground and Sand Pond.

Paddle Lower Sardine Lake

Both upper and lower sardine lakes are great fishing/hiking/etc. Once you get to upper sardine, the tree lines fade away to nothing but rock formations. Prepare for high heat in the summertime.
