The cliff side trail overlooking the marina had wonderful views. There is a lot of open space and different recreational options to explore along with the trail.

There are a lot of trails to explore although there is nothing in particular that would bring me back to this location. I enjoyed the sections near the river most.

It’s a really nice place to go swimming however it can get very crowded in the summer. I’d advise going in the evening when there are less people and you can watch the sunset

Both trails are quite short so it was nice to do them in a loop. Both trails are similar although the hall of mosses has more of the iconic hanging moss while the spruce nature trail had less traffic and was a little muddier

What I love most about this trail is that it’s within walking distance from town. It follows a gorgeous forested ravine and if you’re lucky you can spot deer drinking from the creek.

We did an out-and-back on the Champney Trail and had a great time. The white mountains are quintessential New England and the hike is broken up by a rest at the falls. Trail can be quite steep in places and there is bouldering at the summit. The views are amazing and it is such a unique peak.

This location has so much to offer and explore. Walk around the falls and play in the water, or take to a trail. It something that you must do if you are in North Conway.

This is a wonderful trail that mainly follows the river valley but also has sections that are more hilly and forested. There is a lot of wildlife and many additional trails to explore in both Mansfield Hallow State Park and in the UConn forest.

There are a lot of recreational options with a beach on one side of the parking lot and trails on the other. The wetlands are teeming with life which make this place a birders paradise

I went as a young child and remember becoming very interested in the town’s history after learning about the battles. Fort Griswold is also a great location which has more space for children to run around, play and learn

You can hike the meadows, forests or do the pond loop. There are a lot of trails to explore and a lot of wildlife, especially in and around the pond. The also have a wonderful staff, museum, and rehabilitation program

It’s a fairly small area that can be hiked quickly, but it is well managed and worth a trip if you are trying to find a new place to walk in the area

I love this walk because it is along the river with a lot of seabirds and beautiful houses. However there are no sidewalks and cars can go quite fast around corners so please be careful

I have by no means hiked the entire length as sections were closed off at the time. There are some miraculous portions with cliffs and rock outcrops to explore and then there are some less exciting sections that seem to drag on. However it’s a great place to explore with many parking lots and trail entrances so you can pick and choose which section to hike

It’s a beautiful New England hike that really makes you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. There is a lot of connect wilderness in this area which is great for wildlife. The trail also varies from casual walk to strenuous climb where you can get some amazing views of the lake.

I love this hike because it is a one of a kind in the area. It can be very steep depending on where you start and takes you up to a cliff edge for wonderful views. I also see people rock climbing here quite often

The area is kind of small compared to other local parks but there is a nice waterfall and the location is usually fairly quite.

I love exploring the park as there are so many trails and options. You can walk along the water or in the woods and it even connects to Bluff Point

Wonderful hike on a wide trail. The trail goes right along the edge of the water with a beach at the end. There are also plenty of smaller intertwining trails to explore off of the main loop

The best part is definitely the views of the colorful city beside the ocean. In my opinion it’s too quick and accessible not to do.

Visiting Iceland it was something I had to do, but wouldn’t do a second time. I had a lot of fun but it was quite touristy and less elegant than advertised. There are plenty of hot springs elsewhere in Iceland if you want to get off the beaten path.

Log bridge, cliff side trails and a river crossing. Much more of an adventure than I thought it would be and would do again in a heartbeat. Photos do not do justice the magnitude of the fall and the depth of the canyon. Would not recommend if you have a fear of heights as some of the trail is right on the cliff edge.

This isn’t my favorite walk due to it be so short. However if you just want to take your time it’s a nice spot to search the tide pools and take in the ocean

After visit you will forever remember this location. If you happened to be certified I would recommend scuba diving as there is no other place like it underwater. You also get all the benefits of a boat tour!
