Climb the Unnamed Fire Tower in Tuscaloosa

It is Against the law to climb on this Fire Tower it is State Property with no trespassing signs all around it. There is no hiking trails there either. It is private land next to it. I should know my husband and I own the land also no trespassing on it. That tower is very dangerous! I have called the Alabama Forestry and they said it was illegal to climb or trespass on either one of our land.
