Blood Lake is perfect for a short hike for a long day outside, whether you want to hang in your hammock, launch off from the rope swing, or enjoy the view.

The trailhead is towards the back of the dirt parking area. Walk to the left and just beyond a metal sign. Follow the trail all the way (less than .5 miles) and you will see the lake. There is a trail that wraps around the entire lake, and the rope swing location is directly across the lake when you first walk up to it.

Use of the rope swing is at your own risk! Dogs are welcome to this lake as well!

Hike to Bloods Lake, Utah Reviews

This hike is easy which is probably it's best asset. The lake is not too special but I still recommend it just because it is something that can easily be done after work!
