Smile. Laugh. Live a good story. Love unconditionally. And Adventure hard.

If you are in the Bangkok area this is a must do trip! Such a fun day exploring the 7 different layers, and making it to the top layer is very rewarding.

The artist who created this temple has work all around Chiang Rai and his sculptures are incredible. The White Temple is definitely a must see if you are in the area, but I suggest going in the morning to avoid the crowds. You can get to the temple by the local bus as well (only 20baht!), just go to Bus Terminal 1 downtown Chiang Rai and find the blue local bus with White Temple written on the side

Found this temple on accident when we were looking for a different temple. I second what Sara said about a good workout! Just make sure you wearing semi-modest clothes cause it is still a temple area.

I've hiked the Mist Trail many times, but yesterday I connected it to the JMT for the first time and it was incredible! Definitely go up the Mist Trail and down the JMT to avoid the herds of people that show up on the stairs in the afternoon.

This trail was an awesome escape from the Phoenix heat, but I wish so many people hadn't had the same idea as me. Luckily we got their early enough that we only passed lots of hikers on our way back down. And we saw a gopher snake cross the trail too!

Did this hike for the first time this past weekend and I loved every moment of it. The views along the whole ridge line are incredible, and right now the Supes are so green and the wildflowers are blooming! Definitely a must do hike

Short hike with expansive views of Canyonlands. Great first stop before backtracking to the other view points! Love taking friends here who have never been to Canyonlands before, their eyes get so big.

Go sit under these two arches. Being under two towering rock features with the sun casting shadows on you is incredible. And the "hike" is super short so it would be silly to miss this arch during your visit to Arches National Park.

Just did this hike for sunrise and it was breathtaking! I've photographed Delicate Arch before, but sitting there for the sunrise was incredible. Plus it was just me and 10 other people making the area way less crowded than if you were to go during the day!

Love going up to Glacier Point to star gaze. And having my best friend, Dakota, give his Star Program up there is always the icing on the cake. (Go to his program sometime while you're in the Valley, he rocks!)

Did this hike in December with my family. The snow made the sand stone pop, and filled the pools with ice and snow! In general, I highly suggest going to Zion in the winter because the crowds vanish and the snow is magical.

Hiked to the top of Peak 5057 on Saturday. Did a different variation by starting at Hieroglyphic Trailhead, which made the hike around 8 miles round trip (https://www.theoutbound.com/arizona/hiking/hike-to-peak-5057-via-hieroglyph-trail). Either way, the view from the summit is so rewarding and the hike is a fun challenge!

No matter how many times I drive through the tunnel, this view always leaves me in awe. Rain, shine, or snow, Tunnel View is always a must see for every trip to the Valley.

Love how humbled these big trees made me feel. And with the Mariposa Grove being closed, the Tuolumne Grove was a good place to appreciate these gentle giants.

Love the view from Taft point, and the exposure as you look down the thousands of feet of granite to the Valley floor! Still shocked that I didn't get up to Taft Point until my 7th visit to the valley.

Do this one in the morning and get to the summit for sunrise. Such a quick, fun workout to start the day.

Get there early and you'll avoid the crazy crowds and heat. But no matter what time of day, this trail is definitely a good, short mountain workout in the middle of the city.

Right in the middle of Phoenix, this very popular trail is always crowded, but definitely a good little workout- The Echo trail is like a mile long stair master, so if you want a good quad workout do that side of Camelback instead.

Finally did this hike for the first time after living in Phoenix for 3 years! It's definitely one of those short, must do Phoenix hikes that always has people on it! But the views are beautiful and short but steep hikes are always a good start to the day!

One of the harder hikes in Sedona, but definitely worth the view! It can be windy on the summit, so be prepared for cooler temps and don't let your baseball cap get blown off (i had to chase after mine before it was blown off the mountain)!

Went here for sunset and it was amazing (except for the crowds). Definitely get there early to set up your tripod before everyone else tries to claim their place!

This is the go-to spot for the ASU Outdoors Club's kick off trip. The short hike followed by an afternoon by the water is always a big hit. I've been here 3 times now, and although the hike is always hot at the end of August, the usually cool water feels so refreshing!

I went to this bridge when I was in Zion with my family for Christmas. It was a beautiful sunset, and to top it off the cold weather scared everyone else inside so I was the only one on the bridge.

This was the first canyon my family and I did without a guide! It's short and not very technical, but you definitely need rappelling and canyoneering experience before attempting this one. Also when I did it the water at the end was FREEZING (even in July) so be prepared for that.
