John Juliana

22. South Jersey. I like to drive places and put my feet on new soil. Give me a boat to paddle and a couple of trees to sling my hammock on and I'm a happy guy.

Super chill spot to camp out. Belleplain is very peaceful and most importantly... dark! Great spot for some astrophotography. Find a clear, moonless night towards the end of summer and you can see the Milky Way over Lake Nummy

Always great views from BFB. You can walk or take a train over this bridge into Camden, NJ and get a fantastic view of the Philly skyline from the waterfront

The park is best enjoyed during a new moon with clear skies. Very hard to plan a trip out here and sort of hard to find. Overall, if you're lucky you'll get to see probably the best view of the night sky you can get in the northeast US. Spent one night here and saw the Milky Way and more shooting stars than I've ever seen in my whole life

I've hiked this trail about five times now, it's absolutely breathtaking. For anyone who hasn't gone yet or is looking to go back, I recommend parking at the lake rose parking lot, not far from the camping area in the park. From there take the highland trail across to the opposite side of the falls trail. This way you won't be tired on the way down the mountain and you'll see Ganoga towards the end of your trip
