Hike at Giant's Causeway

Giant's Causeway is a popular tourist attraction in Northern Ireland. Many people only go there to experience the natural beauty of the geometrical rock formations. The area is surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and cliffs that boarder the sea. Most of the time the mountains and cliffs are unfortunately overlooked. Trust me, this is a huge mistake! In my opinion hiking to the top of the mountain and looking down upon the Giant's Causeway is much more spectacular than only seeing it small scale. You get to see the immense span of the rock formations and witness the way the water crashes into them without getting wet.

There are places that are perfect for those who want to set up for a time-lapse, or for those who want to get a picture hanging their feet off of a cliff's edge. Not only is the view better from up at the top of the mountain, but also it is not crowded. Since many people do not take the time to see anything other than the Giant's Causeway, these trails might still be considered 'hidden gems'. You will have more privacy, more silence, and more time to appreciate the shear beauty of this place.
